Charity Golf Day – The Luke Samples Foundation

Closing into the final months of 2017 we have managed to bag ourselves yet another award to add to a very successful year. Winning gold awards for both Residential Auction House of the Year and  Supplier of the Year: Services and Products at the Negotiator Awards 2017, we have had an explosive year with huge success and lots of charity events.

On top of Octobers great success, our Directors were involved in a charity golf day with the dynamic and innovative company, Brief Your Market, who offer multi-channel marketing services. The fantastic event composed of a competitive day at Morley Hayes Golf Club finishing with a charity auction to raise money for the Luke Samples foundation.

The Luke Samples foundation was founded by Gareth Samples, the Managing Director of Brief Your Market. After a devastating car accident that unfortunately took the life of his son Luke in 2016. Gareth set up the foundation to raise awareness around safer driving for teenagers and the prevention of further tragedy – something both brave and generous.

“Car accidents are the biggest killer of young people above all the normal suspects like cancer and drug dependency. I’m pretty sure everyone will know of someone who’s experienced a tragedy like this, and the Samples family is hoping to reach out to youngsters directly to highlight the risks.”

After an incredible evening, with a huge turnout of many caring and supportive companies and individuals, the charity day raised an incredible £20,000!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Gareth and Brief Your Market for such a fantastic day as well as a huge congratulation to everyone involved and the hard work they put in – Van Mildert, David Newnes & his old LSL team, Jon Cooke & the Guild, Legal 4 Landlords, No Letting Go, Manning Stainton and Eric Walker of Northwood to name but a few.
